Old carved shells from Mali which are traditionally woven into a woman's fancy cornrows. Shells range in size,  approx. 12-15mm diameter with some a bit larger in the mix, with two 1mm holes. These make wonderful links!  Sold in a bag of 10 pieces. These are not as intricately carved as the SHAFR159 listing.
